Terms and Conditions for Spotless Spaces Gift Certificates
Validity: Gift Certificates issued by Spotless Spaces are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This ensures ample time for recipients to enjoy our premier cleaning services at their convenience.
Service Area Restrictions: Gift Certificate services are exclusively available within our designated service areas, catering to clients from Murwillumbah to North Gold Coast. This strategic coverage ensures that we deliver our promise of excellence and efficiency right to your doorstep.
Non-Redeemable for Cash: Gift Certificates must be used to enjoy the cleaning services offered by Spotless Spaces and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance will not be returned as cash but can continue to be applied within the valid period.
No Replacement for Lost Certificates: Responsibility for the safekeeping of the Gift Certificates rests with the holder. Spotless Spaces cannot replace Gift Certificates that are lost, stolen, or destroyed, underscoring the importance of treating them with care.
